Is my On-Line Credit Card transaction safe?

When is my Credit Card charged.
A) Credit Card charges are not processed until your Order is completely
processed and ready to ship.

What if I don't have a Credit Card, or prefer not to use an on-line process?
A) Our NEW Fax Line is, 1-615-475-0200, or you may use the
same easily printable 0ne-page Form to mail with your Check or Money Order.
All information needed is on that same Form.
Q) How soon can I expect my Order to arrive?
A) Soundtrack Orders are normally filled daily (Monday-Friday), and ship via First Class Mail. If the weight category qualifies, on a quantity Order, it is automatically moved to Priority Mail. Our goal is to ship all Orders within 24 to 48 hours of arrival.

Will I be able to get hold of a live human, if there is a problem?
A) Our Customer Service folks monitor E-Mail on-site, and on-call, multiple
times daily and weekends. Someone will get back with you as quickly as
possible.

I don't understand the Key notations or symbols.
A) Ask!!! From several locations you can click on a Customer Service link,
to leave us E-Mail.
